What is different in US ?

We as a human beings are totally different of all other beings, kinds, creatures in the world.

If we think and ponder in ourselves, we will discover that the God has given us a very expensive and amazing treasure, the most delicate complex structure inside all of us. It is the secret of our life, which without we are dead, and the most common example for its death is when we sleep. Psych (النفس) , the best example of the creature's creativity, our hidden power, our guidance either to heaven or to hell. Our psych is the most delicate structure of our body, that no any scientist, organization, county in the world is able uncover all of its secrets, yet they are trying every day. 

If we want to become our own healers from every day life struggles and stressors, then we will have to dig deep into ourselves, understand our thoughts, recognize our emotions, and monitor our behaviours. It is a hard job, but together we will help you  connect with your own psych, and to be able to be your own counsellor. This is the first step in finding the truth inside ourselves.
